Vocal (sampled speech) version with all the greatness having a monarch performing on your piece of music can bring.
Wrote this over a few days during the winter. This is the non-vocal version. I really like the hopeful sound of the bell theme. In the vocal version it becomes apparent why it is called When Peace Comes.
